I've notcied that Austin has a lot of signs that display messages around town. Like the one I saw in December, they offer people's or organization's opinions on things. There is a church near our house that says "People Helping People Following Christ". I couldn't help myself. I burst into song. Barbra Streisand's voice hummed through my ears and I began to belt out "People Who Need People are the "Luckiest People in the World". Then there was the sign at the School for the Blind and the Visually Impaired that congratulated their cheerleaders for winning a regional tournament. I am all for equal educational experiences, but cheerleaders?
